 - Personal fitness coaching: Development of an exercise plan according to the client’s preferences, his needs and his level, and taking into consideration the different aspects of physical fitness (endurance, flexibility and strength).

- Presentations on a variety of topics related to the field of sports and performance psychology and well-being.
